Jonas Singer

Jonas Singer has over 10 years of real estate experience in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area. In conjunction with his career in real estate, Jonas has been an entrepreneur and, before that, led grassroots non-profit organizations. These experiences provide a wealth of local knowledge and a comprehensive knowledge of the area from Luray to the Eastern Shore.

Jonas founded Union Kitchen, the nationally renowned business incubator; in addition to his own businesses, he has worked with hundreds of other businesses to source, inspect, negotiate, and develop properties, including retail, industrial, office, and flex space. Jonas has worked with businesses such as Takorean, Ice Cream Jubilee, District Doughnuts, Mason Dixie and owners/developers such as JBG, Streetsense, and Douglas Development. Jonas brings a unique perspective of having been on all sides of deals – as an operator, landlord, agent, and advisor – and focuses on identifying, meeting, and matching the needs of tenants and landlords, as well as of buyers and sellers.

Jonas has been awarded several number of honors, including Entrepreneur of the Year from the Washington DC Economic Partnership, the Nancy Dworkin for Outstanding Service in Montgomery County, and a White House Champion of Change Award from the Obama Administration.
